H&M - Place of Possible
With plans to double their number of stores, H&M needed to grow from 13,000 employees to more than 30,000 in the next 3 years. And they wanted to hire a group that's a bit wary of large corporations - Millennials. So we dug in deep and launched Place of Possible, a recruitment campaign that dispels any preconceived perception Millennials might have of H&M by highlighting values shared by Millennials and the world's leading fashion retailer.
The campaign has led to a record-setting number of submitted applications, inspiring H&M to take the campaign globally.
